My name is Sandra and I have been working with Alternative Therapies and Reiki for more than 20 years. I also specialize in Systemic Family Constellations, Aromatherapy, Pranic Healing, Multidimensional Therapy and Crystal Healing.
Family Constellations Therapy
Family Constellations Therapy was first developed by the German therapist, Bert Hellinger. In this therapeutic approach, we consider the individual as part of a greater whole – a family system – rather than as a separate entity. Their individual behaviors, feelings, and attitudes, have to be understood in the context of this larger group.
Generally, Family Constellations take place in meetings, called Workshops. Usually they occur in a large room with several chairs around, but because of Covid-19, nowadays we can only work online in a virtual room, with the therapist and the client, where we work in the same manner, having the same results as attending in person.
The client displays a subject and then the therapist, questions them, getting more information about the members of your family (or not) involved in the topic presented.
Reiki with Crystals
Reiki is a natural system of harmonization and energy replacement that maintains or recovers health. It's a stress reduction method. Reiki is a system of its own to awaken the power that dwells within us, capturing, modifying, and potentiating energy. It functions as an instrument for transforming harmful energies into beneficial ones.
Pranic Cure
The Pranic Healing Energy is a natural therapy, created by Master Choa Kok Sui, used to treat physical, psychic, and spiritual imbalances. It consists of cleansing and energizing the Chakras and the Etheric Body, without physical touches.

Aromatherapy with Crystals
I have a different proposal which is the association of Essential Oils (EO) with Crystals.
In one of my trips, looking for new things, I found roll-ons already with crystals, green quartz, pink quartz, tiger's eye, etc. and I was so delighted. They are used as a balanced and complementary treatment, making synergies (EO’s blends & combinations) together with crystals. Combining the mineral with the EO’s, both with therapeutic properties (each essential oil has specific properties, which benefits the body in a way where it also brings balance and relaxation (when needed) making a harmonious synergistic composition, bringing even more benefits.
Aromatherapy recognizes the perfect harmony between human beings and nature. Essential oils directly affect the mind, emotions, and physical body.
When inhaling an aroma, its molecules are transported through the nasal membrane and bronchial tubes to the blood flow and from there to the organs. The sense of smell has direct access to the lymphatic system (region of the brain that coordinates the stimulus and triggers physical and emotional responses throughout the body). As for topical absorption, essential oils act on the skin, muscle tissue, hair, and blood vessels, from where they are taken to all other organs and tissues.
Essential oils are volatile substances extracted from flowers, fruits, seeds, barks, or roots of plants by different extraction methods. They affect the mind, emotions, and the physical body, through the influence of smells and the areas of the brain inaccessible to mental control, emotions, and hormonal reactions.
The treatment with aromatherapy works through a sense – smell – and skin absorption using products such as diffusers, inhalers, bath salts, body oils, creams or lotions for massage, facial vapors, hot and cold compresses, masks… among others. It can be used in both adults, children, and babies.
